Okay today managed to listen to sermon because I was sitting away from Lincoln.
It was mostly about David and 3 postures he adopted. But what I think was the most relevant to me is that:
God is more than enough for me. Sometimes he doesn't answer our prayers, it's hard to accept. But really, it's a test of your faith.
I read somewhere before, God doesn't give you happiness directly, but he gives you opportunity to find your happiness. If you think about it, if happiness is given to you on a silver platter, you wouldn't realise the true value of happiness.
Also, from samuel "The thing that is hardest to find, is also the thing that is hardest to lose. Faith." We lose faith very easily when God doesn't answers our prayer, but in the first place, have we even found that faith?
Okay it's very complicated and there's no answer to it. Prayer is embracing God's promises and trusting that He will work in His own way. It doesn't give us the excuse to say, "oh well, God doesn't mean for this to happen." It is sometimes a test of our faith.
To all my friends who are going through tough times.
I've been there. I know how it feels like to be so upset and feel so helpless. It's okay.

Okay rewind to morning. Woke up at 8.30 dee dum so on so forth. Left house at 10.30 to plaza sing. Bought some materials for cell.
Went to church at 1pm for TKV! It was pretty fun today =) learning silent night. haha I still can't get parts. Oh well, memory work.
Cell at 4pm. I kinda liked cell today. It was fun, and I think everybody was just being themselves so it was kinda warm. haha. okay. We prepared notebooks for next weeks' visitors! (sec ones) Spray painted the covers silver! Looks metallic and cool :D Thanks Kenneth and Amelia for getting nice notebooks. Mhmm and then we each got to decorate the cover of one notebook for our guests next week!
